Eugene is a graduate of GlenOak High School, attended Mount Union University, and earned his law degree from The University of Akron School of Law. He spent most of his career as a partner at Pitinii, Davies & Cazantzes until opening his own practice in 2025. He gained extensive trial experience early in his career, handling both jury trial and other types of litigation while developing his knowledge of the Probate process. He now exclusively works with families and individuals navigating the complexities of issues that arise following the loss of a loved one or as our parents age. He covers a wide variety of Estates, ranging from the transfer of assets to a surviving spouse to the tracking down of what turned out to be over 50 unknown heirs

Eugene is a member of the Ohio Bar, Federal Bar, and Ohio Bar Association. He is active in the Stark County Bar Association, where he is on the Probate and Elder Law Committees.
